Privacy Policy

Appkon publishes mobile apps including Bodybuilding Guide / 健身指南, Workout Recipe / 健身食谱, Fit Daily / 健身日报, and other titles on the App Store and Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains what data our apps collect and how we handle it.

Short version

Most of our apps collect no personal data at all. They run entirely on your device, with no account, no sign-in, no analytics, and no internet calls except for static asset delivery (e.g., app updates from the App Store / Play Store).

1. Data we collect

1.1 Apps that collect no data

The following apps collect no personal data, no usage data, and no device identifiers:

• Bodybuilding Guide (健身指南)
• Workout Recipe (健身食谱)
• Fit Daily (健身日报)
• Other apps in our portfolio unless explicitly noted in the app's App Store / Play Store listing

All settings (e.g., language, sound, haptics) are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

1.2 Standard platform telemetry

Apple and Google may collect anonymous usage statistics (crash reports, install counts, app-launch frequency) at the platform level. We receive aggregated, anonymized summaries through App Store Connect and Google Play Console. These statistics cannot be linked to any individual user.

2. Data we do not collect

• Your name, email, phone, address, or any account credentials
• Your contacts, photos, calendar, or location
• Your health, fitness, or activity data (we do not integrate with Apple Health or Google Fit unless an app's listing explicitly states it)
• Advertising or tracking identifiers (IDFA, AAID)
• Behavioral analytics (page views, time-in-app, button taps)

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data to share.

4. Children

Our apps are intended for general audiences age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any data from users under 13. Because our apps generally do not collect any data, this provision is effectively automatic.

5. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to access, export, or delete. If you wish to remove all data associated with one of our apps, uninstall the app from your device — all locally stored data (language preference, etc.) is removed with it.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Effective" date above. Material changes (e.g., introducing data collection for a new app) will be announced in the relevant app's release notes.

一句话版本

我们大多数 App 不收集任何个人数据。完全在你的设备上运行，没有账号、没有登录、没有埋点、没有联网（应用商店本身的更新除外）。

1. 我们收集的数据

1.1 不收集任何数据的 App

以下 App 不收集任何个人数据、使用数据或设备标识：

• 健身指南 (Bodybuilding Guide)
• 健身食谱 (Workout Recipe)
• 健身日报 (Fit Daily)
• 其他产品中除非该 App 在 App Store / Play Store 列表中明确声明，否则均不收集数据

所有设置（语言、声音、触感等）均存储在你的设备本地，永远不离开设备。

1.2 应用商店的标准遥测

Apple 与 Google 可能在平台层级收集匿名使用数据（崩溃报告、安装计数、启动频次）。我们仅能通过 App Store Connect 与 Google Play Console 看到聚合后的匿名数据，无法关联到任何个人用户。

2. 我们 不 收集的数据

• 姓名、邮箱、电话、地址、任何账号凭据
• 通讯录、相册、日历、位置
• 健康、健身、活动数据（除非 App 列表中明确声明，否则我们不接入 Apple Health 与 Google Fit）
• 广告或追踪标识符（IDFA、AAID）
• 行为分析（页面浏览、停留时长、按钮点击）

3. 数据共享

我们不出售、不出租、不向第三方共享任何数据 —— 因为我们没有任何数据可分享。

4. 儿童

我们的 App 面向 13 岁及以上的通用受众。我们不会刻意收集 13 岁以下用户的任何数据。由于我们的 App 通常不收集任何数据，这一条款实际是自动满足的。

5. 你的权利

由于我们不收集个人数据，因此没有数据可供访问、导出或删除。若你希望清除某个 App 关联的所有数据，请从你的设备上卸载该 App ——所有本地存储的数据（语言偏好等）将一并删除。

6. 政策变更

若本政策有所变更，我们将更新上方的"生效日期"。重大变更（例如某个新 App 开始收集数据）会在该 App 的更新说明中公布。
