Frequently asked

The app won't open / crashes on launch

Force-quit the app and reopen. If that doesn't help, restart your device. If it still crashes, please uninstall and reinstall from the App Store / Google Play. Email us at oratis@appkon.com with your device model and OS version if the issue persists.

How do I switch the app's language?

Most of our apps include a language picker in the Settings screen. Choose System / English / 中文. If your app doesn't have one, the app follows your device's language setting — change your phone's language in iOS Settings or Android Settings and the app updates on next launch.

I want to delete my data

Our apps generally don't collect any personal data (see privacy policy). All settings are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes everything.

How do I report a bug?

I have a feature request

We read every email at oratis@appkon.com. Tell us what you want and why. We can't promise a timeline, but feature requests directly inform our app roadmaps.

I want a refund

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Is this app safe for children?

Our apps are rated for general audiences 13+. We do not collect any data from any user, so there is no special concern for children's privacy. That said, we recommend parental supervision for younger users with any new app.

常见问题

App 打不开 / 一启动就崩溃

请先强制关闭 App 再重新打开。若仍有问题,重启设备。仍崩溃则建议从 App Store / Google Play 卸载并重新安装。问题持续请发邮件到 oratis@appkon.com 并附上设备型号与操作系统版本。

如何切换 App 的语言?

大多数 App 在"设置"页内有语言选项:跟随系统 / English / 中文。若该 App 没有此选项,则跟随设备语言设置 —— 改完设备语言后重新打开 App 即可。

我想删除我的数据

我们的 App 通常不收集任何个人数据(详见隐私政策)。所有设置都存在设备本地。卸载 App 即可清除全部数据。

我们的 App 评级为 13 岁及以上通用受众。我们不收集任何用户数据,因此不存在特定的儿童隐私问题。但仍建议较小年龄用户使用任何新 App 时由家长监督。
